European Networking for Financing Food Innovation

Description

The objective of the ENFFI project is to strengthen the financing opportunities of innovation for companies in the food sector.

The project will tighten the bonds between enterprises (primarily Small and Medium sized Enterprises (SMEs) in the food sector and the sector relevant financial investors with the goal of encouraging the desire to invest and creating a greater understanding in the enterprises of which business models that are the most accessible for the investors.

Asesoria industrial Zabola (E), Brabo Ventures (B), Food Equity Management (B), Spread European Safety -EEIG (represent 10 countries), Agro Business Park (DK), Institute for Food Studies & Agro-industrial Development (DK) and North Denmark EU-office.

Finances
The project's budget is of 993,920 EUR and is 100% financed by the EU's 6th frame programme. The period of implementation was 2005-2007.
