Prime Mover of Projects

Based on our awareness of the North Danish region’s competence, our knowledge of funding arrangements and our experience with the EU system, we also initiate projects ourselves. We generate projects in co-operation with regional actors such as companies, public institutions, organisations and universities. The projects are primarily carried out by means of co-financing through EU-programmes. For example, it can be projects on competence development and exchange of experiences across national borders.

Working with projects that the North Denmark EU-office has initiated, we make use of our knowledge and competence in various ways. We establish contact between qualified North Danish partners. We utilize our European network to find the necessary partners. We write the application and are able to improve it due to our contacts within the European Commission.
